Giant Cupcake

I've been itching to make a giant cupcake cake for years! This was so much fun. Who isn't delighted by a sprinkled-topped, massive cupcake? I had tried baking one before with one of my go-to favorite recipes, but it was an epic failure, so I tried a "pound cake" version this time. It was fabulous. Dense Cake for Giant Cupcake 1 boxed cake mix 4 eggs 1 1/4 cup milk 1 sm box of instant pudding large dollop of greek yogurt or sour cream 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix together. Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, watching closely. The outside is melted chocolate. I was so intimidated to do it that way, absolutely sure it would just end up a mess, but miraculously, it was terrific.
