Cherry Blossom

Cherry Blossoms remind me of Disney's Mulan. One of the end scenes where Mulan and her dad are under the Cherry Blossom tree I can't help but be distracted by the beautiful pink blossoms popping up around them. There is nothing prettier to me than trees blooming with bright, fragrant flowers. I had seen a similar cake in a book and had to try for myself. I give you Spring:
