I now have a new obsession --- Rainbow frosting. Oh my heavens. It's so much fun to use. I wanted to squeal every rosette I did. I think unicorns are a fun, new trend. "Mink"

My 2 year old is obsessed with the color pink. She loves anything that's pink and pronounces it "mink", though she can pronounce other words that start with "p". It's kinda adorable. For her birthday I had a million ideas for a cake that I wanted to do, but our family just happened to be sick (we just keep passing every sickness to each other. It's been a rough winter). I had just recovering from the last cold / cough and still wasn't' feeling great, so I went with a simple cake. My husband suggested a pink theme, because it's her favorite. It was a good choice. She was thrilled to walk into the kitchen and see pink galore.
